How far forward can one park?

Does the parking bay overrule the solid white line or vice versa?

It’s a one hour parking bay that used to be two cars long, until the addition of the solid white.

The solid white line with the T end is informational only, there's no regulation about (not) parking on them.

The bay & no part of the vehicle being across any of the dropped kerb are what carry weight.
Looking at the picture the bay & drop kerb finish/start in the same place.

The H bar is an unenforcable marking (no TRO req'd) and technically for information only, and is arguably too long - it overlaps the full height kerb a little too far for my liking. The faded bay is what would be assessed to be "right" - but there is no yellow line outside the parking bay so unsure what offence the ticket would be issued against. Although it would be a tw@ who parks blocking a drop kerb.
