Dump Code??

Not sure if this is the right place, but there has just been a post on a local Facebook page advertising taxi runs in a Tesla, saying fully licensed and insured.
Just being nosy and checked it out. Dvla check states mot and ved expired. Checked MID and it comes up as insured, but the make and model says Dump Code Motorcycle Group 046. What on earth does that mean? I've tried googling it but found nothing.

In a database where every item has to be put in a category, a dump code is a term for the unknown/misc category where you can dump the weird things that don't belong in any of the other categories.
