Hi everyone and a big thankyou in advance. Please could you give me any advice on how to find out the number of occasions on which a used car sales garage has been taken to small claims court?

search for current company and then check directors history, if they've had a string of similar companies then they will probably phoenix the company rather than go to court / pay whats owed after court.
