Yup, the truth is finally coming out. About Anglia did a report on our beloved scameras following an article in MCN. Their report shows that in Hertfordshire scamera installations are up 34% and deaths are also up 34%.

The scamerati were quick to refute this and pointed out that deaths are actually only up 24% :yikes: Safety, they wouldn't know safety if it was pinned to a note on a badgers arse.

Paul Smith was introduced as a road safety campaigner which I thought was a nice touch.

Overall I would say the article was 80/20 against the scammers. Slowly but surely they are losing the battle as the truth emerges. And let's not forget, every single ticket issued is another person who is against this evil taxation.

Trafpol, yes. Scameras, no!

The more people caught, the more public opinion will turn against them.

Yeah. It's really helpful when journalists, editors and producers get caught...

Anglia pulled the headline story tonight for some reason so I missed it. Saw a quick trailer for the film of a car spinning was this a reaction to a camera?

Story was also picked up in the tabloids yesterday - und pointed out that road death are down in area without scammers - und good ol' Durrum cop (24% drop on already lowest rate) also confirmed this as being case.

Yes, heard that also being discussed on BBC Radio 5.

We need rear window stickers saying: "Policing NOT Fleecing"

I believe that the ABD "camera sign" has it the wrong way round. A Positive statement is always better than a negative one.

It wasn't pulled, they announced it and the tape wouldn't play. At the end of the bulletin they apologised for not being able to run the main story.

(or Transport2000, BRAKE or somebody burgled the studio and stole it....)
