Traffic violation tickets from council - declare to insurer?

Between my wife (who’s an owner of one car, and designated driver of another on our multi car policy) and myself we’ve racked up these 2 tickets.
Both got caught by traffic cameras and both resulted in fines being issued by councils (Islington and Barnet)
(1) wife drove the wrong way on a one way street in north London. She got the ticket by post, paid the £80 fine and put the ticket in a bin. I’m only told about it now so I can’t even see what the ticket said exactly - but as far as I’m aware, she got no points for this
(2) I got stuck on yellow box on a junction when light changed to red. Caught by camera, ticket from the council, paid online etc.

Should either or both be declared to our insurer (Admiral)?

As others have already said, Council issued PCN's are de-criminalised and don't count as convictions on your driving licence.

Whilst writing, I'm intrigued as to what influence a red light has on a yellow box junction offence?

I would have thought that you are either legitimately stopped in a yellow box junction, or you are not, irrespective of what the traffic lights are showing?

I should have clarified, I see how that’s unclear.
There is a pedestrian crossing just after the junction, that’s the light which changed to red while I was in the yellow box. Car in front of me stopped on red, leaving me stuck in the yellow box. My fault entirely, I’m not contesting that
