Traffic Cops

Caught an edition of this last week. Firstly, I was amazed at the mount of non-Traffic stuff these guys have to deal with i.e. red diesel, illegal immigrants, etc..

Shouldn't these guys be allowed to focus on unsafe driving behaviour first, illegal actions second and technical infringements, last.

What do PHers think?
