Section 59 + Pulled For Looking Too Young
Discussion
Afternoon,
I was recently pulled for driving a 2022 Porsche Cayman, I promptly pulled over and was not in a panic.
The first officer claimed he had pulled me for 'Looking too youthful'. I am a 19 Year old, I do look young and with a bright red car it stands out. However is this actually allowed?
Shortly after, 4 Police got out the vehicle and started requesting documents, proof of insurance which I provided.
They let me leave, as I turned the car around, he pulled his window down and shouted 'Our Colleague is giving you a section 59 for Anti-Social driving'. (who was not present at the time but had radio'd through to the officers.'
I asked what I had done wrong to every response being 'You'll get a letter in the post'. The officers also said in the time they followed me, no faults were made. It's been 7 days now with no letter however I don't think I'll be able to enjoy my car anymore with such simple driving errors potentially leading it to get seized.
Please let me know your thoughts, thanks.
EDIT: This is genuinely not a troll post, I've never used car forums before, just seeking advice on what has happened.

Top tip - you're better off with a cheap vs expensive tyres topic if you want your troll thread to gain traction.

What was the driving error you made?
A simple one.
The Section 59 was due to another officer radioing through.
The police do not need a reason to stop and check a vehicle and its driver.
You can be stopped for a routine check
Maybe tine to remind yourzelf of the Highway Code and Road Traffic Act
The fact that you do not want to tell us what caused a S159 notice to be issued suggests it was something more than trivial

It was for 'AntiSocial Driving' when I asked what I did wrong, or what not to do in the future. They said 'Antisocial Driving' a colleague had told them about it through Radio. You can be stopped for a routine check

NIPs can take 14 days to come through and with the easter bank holiday. It could be a week on wedsnday before you are clear.
The officers who pulled me said I was driving fine, however it was their colleague who claimed it was 'antisocial driving'.NIPs can take 14 days to come through and with the easter bank holiday. It could be a week on wedsnday before you are clear.
I was on my way to the Hospital, just driving through town.
" Its been 7 days now"
One of which was a Sunday
One of which was a Bank Holiday
One of which is a Saturday !
Which one was it first you say you made a "simple error" then you say your driving was "fine" ?
What exactly was the "simple error" and where did you make it

Let’s give you the benefit of the doubt.. I’d say BiB #1 has seen you driving like a bit of a t
t somewhere but couldn’t do anything about it there and then. So he’s made a call out about a child driving a bright red, new Porsche like a melon, so if anyone else happens to see them maybe have a chat. The other 4 (count’em!) BiB who then saw you had such a chat, which presumably furnished them with your details, and now the S59 can be issued. Or maybe it won’t, you’ll just have to wait for Postie. Meanwhile have a proper think about how you might have been driving.

What were the 'simple driving errors' that you committed, you must have an idea?...however I don't think I'll be able to enjoy my car anymore with such simple driving errors potentially leading it to get seized.

If you are in fact guilty, then get some proper legal advice.
Probably caused a few crackles and pops.
