Charged for number plate offences

My friend does not display a front number plate fixed to the front of the vehicle, instead it was in the front windscreen. Immediately I made it known it wasn't my vehicle, provided insurance and apologised for the number plates, which I understand they are wrong and this is my responsibility as a driver. This occurred on 9th Feb 2022, I was cautioned and sent on my way within a few minutes with no paperwork or idea of what to expect.
I have today 28th April 2022 received a letter stating I have been charged with traffic offences and how do I plead. I openly admit to committing the offences which are written as:
"(1) Drive vehicle no front registration plate CCJS Code: VE94148
(2) Drive a vehicle when the registration mark fails to conform with regulations CCJS CODE : VE94134
If any of these offences carry penalty points and you are convicted then the points will be recorded electronically on your driving licence with DVLA"
The paperwork they have provided from the stop states this is a 'keeper offence'
When stopped my initial thoughts were I would receive 2 x £100 fines for the offences however to my shock I am to plead to the magistrates.
My concern is I have 6 penalty points on my licence already and I'm not sure of the penalties for these offences. The paperwork is very official and scary with 6 points already looming over me I am hoping someone can let me know potentially what I am in for when pleading guilty to the magistrates? I have to complete a statement of assets and other financial circumstances.

Hopefully someone will come along with some helpful advice, but I fear that as driver, you responsible for the car

Is harsh that it's you that gets done for the offence, but as the driver you are responsible... Though I'd be telling my mate he owes me a drink or four!

Oh I know... It's always been a difficult one, but I only ever issued a ticket for this when they were obviously taking the piss. Otherwise words of advice always worked well.

Astonishing isn't it. There must have been a really faulty batch of self tappers and bolts and tape reserved for just the front plates of German cars, Supercars and Tradesmens vans circulating the Essex Badlands for quite some while now.
What's even more astonishing is how every single front plate that does part company with the front bumper through fixture failings ends up not smashed to a million pieces in the gutter but wedged strategically behind the nearside wiper where it's almost possible to read it.

Reading this I think I'll put black insulating tape over the cars plate if it's miss spaced, or remove them altogether.
