ITV Teletext review of the Sunday papers today says that a piece in the News of the World suggests that millions of drivers could have their speeding fines cancelled due a bungle.

The word "millions" suggests this is not the same as the Folly Bottom case.

Anyone know more on this? I don't take the News of the World.

I got the News of the World (Scottish edition). No story there.

Someone must have the English edition? Surely?

Nothing new at all, but I agree that the notice defect may be widespread with huge implications.
