Neighbour has covered my car in dirt

Just off the phone with a client while hearing the neighbour jetwashing his driveway so I pop out and see this....
I was so angry I was shaking but kept my cool enough to ask him to hose it down when he is finished. As this is my private driveway is there anything legal I can do to stop him from doing this again?

Perhaps if you put the wheels back on he'll realise you still consider it to be a car, rather than an unsightly piece of scrap junk dumped on your drive which lowers the tone of the neighbourhood.
Or, build a big fence.
it's a 3.2 v6 Alfa GT worth significantly more than his rusty POS Yaris. It is currently undergoing an underbody restoration. It's fully insured and on my legal property and I have been doing my best efforts to keep it clean and keep the areas i am working on out of view of the road while also trying not to use powertools on it at unreasonable hours.Or, build a big fence.
Edited to add - yes the rear axle has been removed but all the visible metal is spotless and covered in clean primer.

Simply ask the neighbour to hose it off when he's done and next time give you a heads up so you can cover it or move it.
You know, talk to them like a fellow human.
If you were shaking then i suggest you have anger issues that need resolving.
If he does it again then bum his dog/hammer frozen sausages in his lawn/dominate the driveway etc etc

Yes sorry, OP, just my little joke, I could see it was a lovely GT in the midst of restoration.Those jet washers are a menace. My neighbour's cleaner washed their drive and managed to do to my house what your neighbour has done to your car. TBF to my guy he was mortified, gave the cleaner a rocket and made her clean up the mess.
Hopefully your neighbour will realise their mistake and never make it again.

Just ask him to let you know in future so you can move or cover it. You will be glad to hear that this is also legal.

I did ask him to 6 years ago when he did the same to my Alfa GTV that was my daily driver at the time.You know, talk to them like a fellow human.

Shaking doesn't mean i have anger issues. If I knocked him out where he stood, those would anger issues. I remained calm despite being completely furious and didn't let it show (which is more than he has ever done).
Just to add a little more context to this, if anyone thinks it is unreasonable of me to dare work on a car outside my own house, this is an image of our driveways:
The camper is his, it is parked there all year round. Our legal driveways end at the kerbstones so my Alfa is on my property, his campervan, Yaris and my land rover is on the council road. Our deeds state we may park there if we have reasonable justification.

Move on OP, he's a bell end and he'll probably always be a bell end. I'd be fizzing too but there really is very little you can really do.
Sadly I think you are right.
