Business query - Divorce and Children
Discussion
So I have a query, it’s quite complicated and somewhat historical.
Neither can I divulge information on PH.
But I need to obtain some advice regarding a divorce settlement - in approx 1990 whereby child maintenance wasn’t paid and a business existed but wasn’t split.
I know divorce law was different then but something seems odd with the children being left unsupported.
There is also then the transfer of the business into a third party that took place later (to hide the asset?) and I’m not sure that was done correctly / legally.
Anyone on PH that can be recommended to contact to discuss the matter briefly to understand if there is a case for claim in any aspect.
Understand the above is somewhat cryptic but hopefully if I can be recommended a contact it will be a good starting point
Thanks!

Financial Order - Not from my knowledge
The business - was run by both parents but at the time of divorce, ended up solely with the father for reasons unknown.
The business, has since then ended up in the hands of a third party, how the third party had come to acquire the business is questionable.
The (now adult) children would like to bring claim to what would have been their stake in a family business.

From personal experience this chap is very good. Straight talking and to the point, based in Wrexham North Wales but I expect he can work remote
