Anyone know what the going penalty is for not having a current MOT at the time of been given a producer, and hence not being able to give one in once the 7 days are up???
(not for me BTW!! Phew!! :D)

usually its a small fine and no points.

Using w/o T.C.
Max fine 2,500 in case of vehicle adapted to carry more than 8 passengers.
Max fine 1000 in any other case.
NO POINTS.
There is a power to disqualify.
