Stopped 3 times for illegal plates, received anon email

Now late that evening i received an anonymous email coincidentally from someone i have no idea who they are. the header being my home address.
Person knew my full name also? and that i was married.
Email read 'You are a complete f

Now firstly they got my Nationality wrong.
I am a normal guy and nobody knows me, I keep myself to myself am family orientated, I have not pissed anyone off.
so i was a bit shocked? who was this person.
At first i thought it was the Copper? Part of me still thinks the same Was he triggered?
This was in June 2020.
Fast forward This year July I got stopped again, received a fine. and again my wife got stopped last week. fine received
From the same coopers.
I am being targeted.
They told me it's not so much the spacing but the tints on the plate.
I'm due to change them soon into legal road plates as if i only remove the tints on them. i'm certain they have it in for me and will fine me again.
they threatening on 3rd occasion to report to DVLA to revoke plates. Not sure how likely that is?

I'm also not sure how likely it will be to have the plates revoked. But knowingly displaying illegal plates was your first error. Why didn't you change to legal plates after the first time, or indeed the second? After I got stopped and fined for a mis-spaced plate, I had to send in photos to prove I had fitted a legal plate, and I received a letter saying that the number would be revoked if I messed around with the plates again. You do seem to have tempted fate rather.
Re the email, I very much doubt that's got anything to do with the officer(s) who stopped you.
