Hi,

I got pulled on the mway doing 97 in December 2020. I have since heard nothing - coming up for two years. Am I safe? We are obviously way past the 6 month mark but I find it hard to believe it won’t come back to bite me on the ass!

I have checked my license etc nothing has been added.

Thank you.

The police/CPS have 6 months from the offence to instigate legal proceedings so I guess you fell through the cracks.
Have you gone onto the governments driving licence web page to check you have not been done with out you knowing?

This is not a CPS matter.
