I went to London inside the zone on the 27th October, completly forgot to buy the pass and tried to buy it when I got back home but it had been 3 days over and it wasnt available to buy on the app. Will I get something in the post, I'm surprised I havent had something yet but it's now been a month.

Thanks. They havent sent a PCN and it doesnt say how long they will/wont take to send it.

...............
If you haven't paid the Congestion Charge when you should have, we'll send you a formal notification - a PCN.

If we record and capture an image of your vehicle in the Congestion Charge zone and our records show that you've not paid the daily charge by midnight on third Charging Day following it, we will issue a PCN to the registered keeper of the vehicle.

Is the car registered to you/at your address?

I have a fleet of vehicles and I seem to pick up PCN’s for fun (long story). PCN’s for London are taking around four to five weeks to come from Darlington at present so on the assumption your car is registered to you, it should be on your doormat in the next few days.
