Going down the M42 earlier, changing from the M42 to the M6 where the limit drops to 45MPH.
I was going about the limit but not sure whether to be concerned or not

Speed cameras tend to be yellow boxes on the side of the gantries nowadays, I think this might be some kind of traffic flow monitoring system?

As others have stated, it looks like some kind of CCTV camera to me too. You could always cross reference against that location in Waze, www.speedcamerasuk.com or www.scdb.info to see if they have a camera listed there, if you wanted to put your mind at rest for the next 14 days!

Stationary traffic is detected by radar.
