It would appear they were in pursuit so I suspect the boss was already aware of the risks, but then it is Bradford.

I've never seen so many Police cars in Bradford. It looks like the whole of West Yorkshire Police have turned up. All 5 of them.

Unless this photo was taken 3 weeks after the incident was phoned in?
