Cycling back past Theale on the A4 today and coming the other way quite fast, there's a light-blue/greyish E39 5-series with siren going, and a magnetic blue light on the roof.

As it passes, I note the numberplate M5 YEP and the four exhaust pipes...

Stealthiest unmarked car I've ever seen.
