Unsigned parking ticket

Sorry 7db missed that one first time round.
As regards the ticket the only info I have is that on service (to hand or on vehicle) it has to contain correct details of the vehicle, date, time and exact location of the violation. If not there are grounds for appeal. Had the requirement for signature to be present then I would have thought this should be quoted but nothing in my notes etc.
Presume copy would go into office for action so they are hardly likely to WPB instead push for payment.
