Information on a Lti 20 20 I think (HELP)

Hello eveyone wondering if someone can tell me what im looking at on some lovley photos Ive got.

There is a black stirp shown at the bottom of the photos first is the time, then there is something that I dont know its meaning it shows a N orver the top of a R ie NR with a number next to is.

On the first picture that number is in the 40s the next picture 2 seconds later had this number in the 20s and the final picture has it in the low 40s

I know the speed is located on the right of the picture on the top line so does anyone know what this NR (Number) refers too
