Anyone here got one of these yet? Just spotted it in the back of this months EVO mag and am very tempted. Was going to buy a RA2 after trying one out for a couple of days and being very impressed, however I thought that the laser feature was a bit pointless as I was told to work properly it required a sensor by the number plate. Also I don't know anyone with a RA2 who's ever had a laser alert and most accept if it ever does go off then it means they've "Been done".

So based on that the RA Compact looks like a good choice, esp as it's £200 less!

Just a couple of questions for anyone who's seen/tried one:

Apart from the laser detection does it operate in exactly the same way as the RA2?

What does "Camera-advisory speed limit" mean?
