Yes I did it. Yes I'm a tt.

Just completed the 'yes I did it' on-line to Norfolk & Suffolk plod.

What's next? I know it won't be a course as the limit is 86.

Cheers.

Clean licence currently.

£100 notes and 3 points I'll be happy with.

No point in pissing & whining!

I believe it was a van over the A14.

asking us to guess won't change the outcome, might as well just wait

Too fast for a course so £100 fixed penalty with 3 points pending.

Ignore nonsense on the internet about Band A fines.

3 points and a fine would be my expectation.

Also expect the insurance company to fine you £50 a year per vehicle for the next 4 years as well.

Fixed penalty rather than a fine.

Once agtlaw responds there’s really nothing anyone else can add. Those are the facts right there. Look him up if unsure.

I doubt it.

It won't increase insurance by much other than maybe the first year. For some it makes no difference. Insurance is based on risk. First three points might actually reduce the risk as you might modify behaviour for a bit.

Advice online is that it may increase your premium by about 5 - 10%, You can't put a flat amount on it anyway, too many variables.

Does one have to actively declare to the insurance company immediately , or is it at renewal time?

Bluemondy,

I don't like to see anyone in pain.

But I looked up your "Profile - About Me -Notes" and had to smile just a little.

Wishing you all the best.

Renewal time. Be surprised if it makes a noticeable difference…
