And your bet would be right. The police are still making enquiries but its hardly crime of the century bur walking with my daughter today resulted in me stumbljng across the driver sleeping in his car on another street. He denied knowledge but surrendered his details when I mentioned police has been informed. He wasnt drunk or anything just a bit elderly.I'd be willing to bet that the owner of the car above has a connection to one of the businesses on that road.

First one has two lines of text for the badge on the right side of the tailgate whereas the second has one.
Also the first seems to say RANGEROVER on the tailgate whereas the second says OVERFINCH (most likely).
However, I trust the OP identified the vehicle with the sleeping driver by its reg number!
