Parking ticket issues

My wife works near a multi storey car park and got a ticket from that MSP. However on the day in question she wasn’t parked in the car park. The photos are at night and just show the reg plate. Leaving and entering the MSP aporently. What can I do. I can’t prove she was parked elsewhere.
