Mobile drugs den parked outside my house...

This dump of a car's been left up and down our road for the last month collecting parking tickets and i just spotted a council notice last week, it's now been moved all of 600yds and dumped outside my house....
It's got no tax, insurance or mot...notified the council who don't seem to care and just keep adding parking tickets each day so I went to have a nose and it stinks of weed....
Called 101, nothing.... they don't care
Now I've spotted the owner/ dealer pulling up in another car, jumping in the back seat for 30 seconds and stuffing a cashe down his pants before locking up and driving off....
Do any gangsters want the address to pinch this guys haul, I just want the heap removed as part of the deal...

Suggest you avoid doing anything that might attract its owner's ire while it's parked outside your house.

If, as you say, it gets moved regularly, stick an AirTag on it, and when it's next moved, have some fun.

Make a fake IED and put it in the back seats. All you need is a PVC pipe, red paint, and some wires. Adorn with appropriate religious decorations should you wish.
