Renewing driving licence help

I hope I'm posting in the correct section. Apologies if not. I need to renew my driving licence as it's nearly 10 years old. Last time, when I changed address, I used the online service and it took my photo from my passport.

The online form now asks:

Are you renewing your bus or lorry entitlement?
Bus or lorry entitlement means you have full or provisional entitlement for one or more of the following categories:
C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D1E, D and DE.

My licence has all these except C, D, CE and DE, which I think is because of when I passed my test.

If I select yes I get:

You cannot use this service if you are renewing a bus or lorry entitlement
What to do next
You will need to apply by post.
You will need to complete a D2 form.
You may also need to send in a D4 form.
Check the to see if you need a D4 form.
You can order the forms using the service.

If I choose no will these categorise be removed from my licence? I don't recall this being an issue last time I renewed.

EDIT: I am now over 45. From what I have read I need to complete a D4 form. Is this correct? I don't want to lose those categories, but saying that I don't think I have ever used them.

My wife had similar recently.
She therefore said “no” and asked to use her existing passport photo and just did the whole renewal online.
Photo DL came through about 10 days later with exactly the same entitlements as previously including the same Lorry and Bus ones.

I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago.

The online question is incorrect. In only found this out after ordering the D2 form and then, once received seeing it didn’t have a suitable option to renew a regular licence I contacted the DVLA and they just told me to answer the opposite to that question to continue.

If you have LGV or PSV on your licence you need to have a medical once you turn 45, then every five years thereafter. If no entitlement, then, no you are not renewing an LGV or PSV so can do it online.
