Had a stupid moment at traffic lights was going straights and ended up on the right in the oncoming traffic lane. Realised after I went through. Luckily there was no cars oncoming. There is a cctv dome canera that says 24 hours surveillance for crime and traffic enforcement. Am I likely to get done for this what would I expect fine how many points

Unless you went past No Entry signs at the junction I don’t think you’ve done anything (legally) wrong. It’s not illegal to drive on the other side of the road (overtaking, to cross into another road, to park, etc,).

Accidentally drove on the wrong side of the road heading towards oncoming traffic.
How is that not driving without due care and attention?

If you hit something it probably is, if you don’t….

Is cutting the corner on a RH bend with clear visibility when nothings coming, driving without due care?

The OP possibly crossed a solid white line, in which case it could be.

That’s deliberately driving on the other side, having checked it’s safe to do so.

The OP did this completely by accident, “stupidly” in their own words.

There was no traffic and the OP accidentally went round the wrong side of a bollard or some other traffic divider, there was no other traffic so not a problem this time imo.

I was on a bus a few months ago. The bus had stopped at a bus stop, so some clown overtook the bus by going round a bollard and driving on the other side of the road. Accident? In this case it was deliberate, in OP’s case it was lack of attention.

If the bollard had a Keep Left arrow on it then going to the right of it would be in the wrong. If there is no sign, and the driver didn't negatively affect other road users, then I doubt it would be an issue.

Yes, OP definitely has a problem, and this problem has nothing to do with his driving (if he even does drive).

So there we are, a possible offence would be driving without due car and ATTENTION. Lots of offences are accidental, or due to a momentary lack of concentration and plenty of tickets are issued for the same

I was on a bus that did this recently. I was about to get off and asked the driver what he was doing. He just said if he'd stayed on the correct side of the bollard then he'd have to wait (about 30secs by the way). Scary decision making.

Unlikely.
You need to take more care perhaps.

Yet another pointless troll post from the OP.
