Based on their past threads OP seems to have a recurring problem understanding traffic lights / reading the road layout resulting in a similar question of whether or not they'll get a ticket being asked.

Edit - how surprising, this post and all previous ones now deleted, but thankfully enough quoted on those threads so the gist of the idiocy is still there.
