Vector-SR Speed Camera

Hi all,

Anyone know how these Vector-SR speed cameras work?

I’ve being reading that they can detect drivers on the phone and without a seatbelt, but keep seeing conflicting articles.

Do they actively look for phones and seatbelts and are monitored by staff or is it a fact of if caught speeding, they can check the video footage and punish for secondary offences like phone and seatbelt?
