The local police have no interest in the local small time drug dealers, they use kids to run the drugs to other kids, however I’ve acquired his telephone number.
Any ideas on how I could be a nuisance to him?

Call him. “Hi would you like to buy my house, I’m moving”

I vote you play him up like the Chinese restaurant, order a consignment for a different address than your own, bonus points if you can get him to deliver it to the back of the police station without him cottoning on.

Alternatively some kind of "Beavis and Butthead" laughing down the phone asking "is Harry Saches there" with the coupe de gras of the toilet flush.

Can't promise you won't be found out and filled in though, they tend to have little sense of humour these criminal types.

An ex girlfriend had the best idea to annoy her abusive ex husband - he had a business wih a support line so had to keep his phone on 24/7. She got stckers made saying something like "for a rim job call Doug on xxxxxxxx" and gave them to people outside clubs, including gay ones with a request tto put them up in the toilets. I made sure we parted on good terms!

First, find out who the local big time drug dealer is. Then phone the small time dealer asking for a kilo of coke. He will think he has hit the big time, pull out all the stops to get it and when he turns up to the spot you have arranged to meet the aforementioned big time dealer and his crew will be there to rob him.
Even if the drugs originally came from the same big time dealer him and his mates will probably be balaclava'd up and only too happy to get their kilo back while small time dealer gets a beating, robbed and a st few years paying the money back for nothing.

So you want to start playing silly buggers with someone who probably doesn't give a flying f*ck about legalities, ethics and morals? OK.....

You're not the police, you don't have the backup, don't go starting a war you can't finish putting yourself and your family in danger. These are things people get killed over.

Not sure if this is actually suggested as a course of action, if so I will refer you to njw1's post at 10:30.

How have you acquired his phone number? You could be a nuisance by getting a burner phone and phoning him to talk about whether he's thought about making a will.

Personally I'd steer clear.

Make veiled death threats? Good way to get killed.
Steer clear is good advice though.
It's all very well people coming on here giving it the BBB "Oh i'd do this" but real life is not like the movies, I'd advise the op not to embark on a course of action that could have life changing consequences. Mr small won't gaf about hurting you or your family or going to prison.
