Anyone know if these community officers are "real" police officers with the power to issue NIPs, or just busybody numpties playing at being police officers, and "prosecutions" will just be a letter in the post saying "be a good boy next time"?

There should be available, at all car accessory shops, a virus - squirtable from extra wiper jets - that has been genetically engineered to bring common sense to the misguided mind of any radar toting busybody with too much time on their hands and too little sense on how to make good use of it.

So, failing that, get out and lamp the tw@ts
