The problem is that many fools think they are actually wise.Although the 85th percentile on Motorways is around 80mph, as per DfT traffic data, which taken with them being the safest roads, suggests that exceeding the 70mph limit is perfectly wise where conditions allow.

You do know that he lost both legs in a completely avoidable and unnecessary crash which would not have happened if he had even paid the barest attention to "the rules" ....Robertb said:
