2 parcels delivered and awaiting pick-up from Evri store, email notification for both items. Attend store, not there. Go there on 3 separate occasions, both parcels not there. £50 worth of stock now missing.

Shop says contact Evri, done that, useless - no customer service and bots/emails who say package delivered, nothing to do with them. Go to shop who say package not delivered by Evri, nothing to do with them. I stand there with having done nothing wrong, no parcels, out of pocket, nobody willing to assist.

What am I supposed to do now? I suspect they have been nicked as the Evri store points you to 3 boxes in the middle of the shop and say find your own parcels. I fancy nicking someone else's now to make up the loss.

It's not clear from your post - are you a buyer whose items have gone missing?

If so, contact the seller, they are the ones who have a contract with the delivery company, not you.

Items not delivered, raise dispute, ask for replacement or refund.

IANAL. But…

You don’t have a contract with Evri. The shipper does.

It’s not your job to argue with Evri (and, believe me, I’ve tried!) but the loss should be on the person that contracted them.

Have you tried contacting the sender?
