You need to seek disclosure on any video that the LTI 20-20 may have recorded. This isn't just about ascertaining the identity of the driver, but the actual vehicle?

Suggest a trip over to www.pepipoo.com as well. If you're genuinely not guilty, you need to stick to your not guilty plea and fight your corner.

If it's an LTI, they should have checked the pictures before it got this far. Something doesn't sound quite right.

Seems strange, you having to go to stoke when you live in Norfolk.

As the man said, Pepipoo is the place. Keep us posted.

Sh*t.

This is pretty bad. My experience is that I have tried and failed to prove my case in doing 92 in a 70. The similarity was that there was actually a blue volvo actually accelerating away from me, when I knew I was doing 70...

Im sorry I dont have any good news for you, but I have had experience in representing myself and winning difficult cases. When I represented myself I lost. When I appealed I got a good barrister for the crown court hearing, and despite the fact that the PC basically failed on all counts, as long as:

The PC was trained
The device was calibrated once per year.

There is no other get out. Whether the device was used wrongly or not. Basically the system covers its own arse. I am left £1500 down.

The other bit of bad news is that for 109 even if you didnt do it, that is a ban unless you can do a lot of mitigating. Even then if you dont get a ban, it will be a big fine to compensate.

I really feel for you though. I have been there myself, I suppose I am lucky I was 'suckered' for a lower wrong reading.

If you want, scan or copy out *exactly* what the statements say, Ill have a look and Ill see if theres anything I know which may offer you some hope. Sometimes there is a glaring error, or at least a way forward, keep up the hope!

Let me know mate.

Just been thinking some more about your case and some more things about mine, where I am sure if I went down the route I am thinking I would have won!

I have also uncovered a bit of misinformation that has become common knowledge which has been created and used by the CPS to win these cases.

We may have a way forward!

Scan the statments and anything else and send them to me and Ill let you know if I can help you out. I am 80% sure that you may have a better chance now, it depends on what the statements say.

qoute Magna Carta at them where it says, 20. "For a trivial offence, a free man shall be fined only in proportion to the degree of his offence, and for a serious offence correspondingly, but not so heavily as to deprive him of his livelihood. In the same way, a merchant shall be spared his merchandise, and a husbandman the implements of his husbandry, if they fall upon the mercy of a royal court. None of these fines shall be imposed except by the assessment on oath of reputable men of the neighbourhood"
as this is not and never was a Parliamentary act Parliament can never alter it, try it?
