Parents of a child killed by a driver who did not have a licence are asking for a blancket 20MPH speed limit.

whats the matter with thses people? he didn't have a licence and if he was already speeding what makes you think he will slow down if the limit is 20mph?

That's the whole thrust of the government's stupid road safety policy... Low speed limits and draconian enforcement will surely stop accidents from occurring.


What the parents should be asking for is more trafpol and a crackdown on illegal drivers.
