.... and that is almost certainly a first for me .
Took the Cerbera to work this morning , and have to go through some windy country roads on my way to the motorway .
As it was the first real frost of the winter round here , was taking it easy , and approaching a semi blind bend saw blue and red lights and then a police car parked on he bend but off the road.
A water main had burst and because of the camber , the road was iced over from one side to the other . The road was an NSL , and if it hadn't been for the warning , I would have almost certainly ended up in a ditch .
As a result , I was able to continue on my way to work , and also using hazard lights and my arm out of the window , warn oncoming traffic of the hazard ,
So credit where it's due , well done Cheshire BiB
