Solicitors who actually understand motoring law are rare as rocking horse shit (although there are lots that say they do) - so check carefully. Pepipoo has a list of a few - its not exclusive though.

can anybody remeber what the rules are for the dodgyscope in terms of 'shooting' accross a dual caridgeway?

if I am right in where I think this was, I was the other side of the dual caridgeway going away from the van, the central reservation at this point is at least 30 feet wide etc...
