I have been getting my insurance from the same companies for years. So everything is automatically done every year with renewing, Unless of course something has changed like car, points etc. Anyway i have been having a look around at the on-line insurance companies, looking at there quote forms. And i have noticed they are now asking about Non Motoring Offences. Not that i have anything to hide, But how long has this been going on, because i can't remember ever being asked that question before. Is this a new thing?. Atb Derek.

There seems to be a dictum in SCP culture that all speeders are criminals.
So if you have a conviction for GBH ie a criminal then you are likely to speed.
Speeding carries a possibility of being a greater risk to an Insurance Company.
They want to know so they ask??
dvd
(tongue in cheek)

I think they're more concerned as to whether you've ever been convicted of insurance fraud, drug smuggling (using a car) or perhaps ram raiding etc.
I doubt if they'd be too bothered about being a bit late paying your council tax.
edit for reeely bad shpcelling!
