I love to drive fast in my Porsche, but of cousre there is a price to pay if you get caught speeding on the public roads. So when I found a link to Nick Freemans site: www.freemankeepondriving.com/home. I was a lot more confident that if I were caught speeding, I may get a way with it.

Nick Freeman is the infamous lawyer who gets the rich and famous off speeding and drink driving offences and charges them a heck of a lot money for doing so, in the process. Now he is opening up his practice to those of us that do not have loads and loads of dosh to spare, to save our precious licences.

Anybody been to the site and used his services?

What are you thoughts?

Ummm sixty quid a year for advice. No doubt will verbally tell you how you stand but for that sum they are not going to stand up in Court and defend you are they?

I was thinking the same thing....

However, if people want to pay £60 then let them. God knows there are worse ways of using your credit card on the net!

However, I would have thought if the poster is from the Freeman camp, whilst fame (or notoriety) is a good thing for getting clients, too much publicity of the case law, and what to physically do to avoid incriminating yourself are better left in safe hands. After all if it is common knowledge anyone and everyone can do it, and perhaps Mr Freeman would have a number of competitors who could do the same job at a quarter of the price. Similarly the CPS brief will also then be aware of the possible tactics pre-trial.

Sometimes a bit of exclusivity traded for greed is not a great thing?

I have just read what the membership actually gets you. For your money you get to ring a number to put you in touch with a third party lawyer. You still have to pay them anyway regardless of your fee.

Ill go back to using PH and the Yellow Pages to put me in touch with people...

Indeed.

It is far from unusual for my local CPS to employ agent prosecutors specifically to defend cases when Nick Freeman has been instructed.

He is a charming and effective solicitor and I frequently see him in courts across the North West.

But if you use his services, it might be to your advantage to conduct all of the preliminary hearings in person and make sure that any letters to the CPS and the court do not disclose that a solicitor has been instructed.

This approach is more likely to result in the case being prosecuted by a busy and ill-prepared CPS lawyer who is not well placed to present the case effectively.

If you get in the Sh1t big time and end up being nicked for Drink Drive, then you can get free independant legal advice at the police station anyway.......in person or on the telephone, at anytime.

For minor stuff, you can belong to Piston Heads for free and seek advice, or buy a copy of How to save your driving licence, normally avaliable on e-bay.

This advice if you have read it will cost you £1.00, please foward your credit card details to my e-mail address............

Could be a nice little earner
