I called into my local County Court today to get an Affadavit sworn.
The guy who sorted it out for me, I recognised as being a close friend of my ex-wife.
I don't particularly want my ex-wife knowing details of the Affadavit.
Does anyone know if there is some sort of confidentiality code that staff have to adhere to? Are they covered by the Data Protection Act?
Cheers

You aren't allowed to get details of a case at County court unless you are one of the parties concerned. I would think by the same token that your business should remain private and not be leaked. Sorry that it doesn't really answer the question. Just trying to apply a bit of logic!
