When picture taken from rear by mobile camera

What has to be displayed when the camera van takes a picture from the rear? Somebody was caught (see other post) but the only location for the van must have been a parallel side road on the opposite side of the dual carriageway which has a grass verge in the centre 30mph limit.

What should be displayed and is the position good enough for accuracy?
