Hi Sorry if this has been answered before!!! I was driving back from Aylesbury last night, I go to Chiswick round about and Tomtom beeped to warn of a camera. However as it was on the other side of the road I took it at 50 mph rather than 40mph. Yeap it flashed!!!!
My question is that since it was on the wrong side of the road IE facing me, will i get a ticket?
Cheers
Sunil

I just wanted to get home, it was 00:20. I had a feeling that as it was on the other side of the road I'd be fine.
I'm normally pretty good at keeping to speed limits appart from my little 57 in a 30 last year ('A' road national speed limit was only a few hundred meters ahead). However I was rewarded with 6 points and a 300 odd quid fine.
