What a despicable idea for a game...
Why on earth would anyone write a game like this... :)

I'll certainly not be forwarding that game to everyone I've ever met!
Apparently using high-yield Belgian fireworks on Gatso's is quite effective at "thinning out their numbers". There was a dude in Holland who used use them. He'd paint any Gatso he found flourescent pink as a warning, then a week later he'd come back and blow the b*st*rd up!

LOL. The local rag had an article about gatsos being blown up, they were up in arms about the "destruction of an important road safety device" but also detailed the use of a firework that had been taped to the gatso with a phonebook over it. Apparently it contains the explosion and increases the damage considerably

1206, ho hum.
There was a camera near me blown up with a high powered firework, made the scottish regional news. On the same night the other newly installed one was paint balled.
Whats that? The public seem to resent the placement of camera's on two fine stretches of road with extremely poorly designed junctions rather than fixing the problems with the junctions. Well, I'll be!

I remember when that happened. I nearly did myself an injury I laughed so much. And you're right, speed isn't the issue where those cameras are placed. Nor is it an issue where the scamera boys are placed in the same area.
Resent cameras? Hardly! What an excellent opportunity to improve one's skills in practical pyrotechnics

the scamera vans are parked realistically all over the road and in the middle of junctions, but I was concerned to see a camera covering a bus-stop which is conceivably a good place for one. In my experience they are only on straight sections of open road.
Few cameras in the game are properly hidden either.
Camera density was about right.

just as a purley hypethetical scientific mind exercising excersise
what would happen if
1 you put a large plastic bin liner over a gatso
2 filled liner with oxygen and accetelene
3 wait for gas to defuse into gatso
4 ignite
crazy the thought people have sometimes
but would the gatso be damaged????
