That decsribes the absolute piece of shit thats just hit my wifes car.
He then careered straight over a junction through somebodies fence over their garden and up to there back door but hit nothing solid car was in tact
. Oh and he had a baseball bat in the car! My wife phoned me and said get here now theres a guy threatening me and hes just crashed into me! When I got there the police were already at the scene.
Sorry to the boys in blue on here but the officers on the scene were treating this kid like
ing Royalty! I could smell the alcohol form 10 feet away! He was lashing out at the police and the ambulance crew when they tried to examine him!
My wife and I got nothing but arogant looks and attitude! No words were spoken to the poor lady who nearly got killed in the garden or any of the pedestrians that could have been killed on the path.
I mean come on he was pissed and wearing a tag! swinging at officers and I felt we were the ones who were under suspision!
Taggs obviously work! Apparently he was priority because he may be injured! he wasnt injured he was
ing completely pissed! At least eventualy they breathalised him and carted him away in a car
Not one
ing word of empathy sypathy or whatever from any of the police to me or my wife. The owner of the car appeard and claimed it was stollen. I mentioned this to the police officers and they just ignored me. I mentioned about teh bat and they just ignored me. In fact they said nothign at all to me apart from get off the road
Not happy! I was hit last year by an unisured driver aand no one gave a shit then either!
Oh and the
ing AA took an hour to get through for unusaly heavy calls! and then they tell me they dont do accidents! Why the hell do I pay for top level service from them for 2 people!.As said scrote will have no insurance either, it will be worth looking at the MOtor Insurance Bureau's web site, ( www.motorinsurancebureau.co.uk ) as they offer compensation in these cases - or alternatively just claim off your own insurance like I did, as they never told me about the scheme !!!!!

Sorry to hear about your experience pesty.
I can't really comment apart from to say that had I been there things would have been different.. I always make sure to talk nicely to people (who deserve it) and to try and let them know what is going on. Oh, and people who swing at me get swung back at more often than not. The difference being I'm sober...
Being as this chappy is tagged already I should hope that all the offences you mentioned are being dealt with. He'll be on probation/curfew and breaching these orders is a sure-fire way to end up back inside.
Hope you've calmed down and I'm glad your wife is (physically) okay.
The sad thing is that little F#*kers like this end up killing people. It's why I enjoy dealing with them as punitively as possible at every available opportunity...

For how long Nev, Liebchen? You hear of cases where this type ist just told to sit in court quietly und all forgotten.
I think it depend on ethos of the force...und how far tarnished with pee-cee doctrine the officer has become.
I would like to think that in such a circumstance the officers would arrest und remove person to police station whilst nice officer liaises properly with the people whom hes ist supposed to be servicing und protecting.
But perhaps this scrote will be called "Sir" und prison officer "butlers" will serve him his meals und iron his undies ..
(I never seem to have problems with policemen who are only to willing to help me - one carried my shopping to my car the other day. In the past - they have not only given me directions - but escorted me there..
) For record - we have long term foster of a mid-teen boy - drink problem - history of TWOCCIng und we had one bad night with him at the start. He tried to punch my husband who learned self defence in his early years in A&E - und was soon brought under some controls. So far - we have weened him off booze dependency und keep a tight watch on all activities.
He sounds like one of those members of the underclass who are virtually untouchable by the law, so the Bib probably think it's not worth bothering.
The sanction of the law really only applies to that middle band of generally honest working people - if you're below that then the law holds no fear for you and if you're above that then you can afford a facy lawyer to get you off.

Sadly I agree with you. I had similar treatment when I took the trouble to ID a scrote to the local BiB. Said scrote was riding a bulldozer with 4 mates around a building site behind my house. They walked off as BiB arrived. I followed one and and pointed him out to the officer 1/2 mile from the scene.
He was arrested and driven away with a friendly smile and greeting from the BiB who clearly knew him.
Me? I had to walk back without a word from the BiB.
When I got back I was told that the police hadn't caught the other four, despite descriptions from me as they were riding the heavy plant on the site!! BUT POLICE APPARENTLY FOUND 4 YOUTH WITNESSES
OUTSIDE THE SITE ON THEIR ARRIVAL!! When BiB rang to get a statement about the whole matter, couple of hours later.....

Sad.
Worst part, don't go to the court to see him "sentenced" for his crimes... You REALLY won't want to know.
It is honestly and truthfully getting to the stage where I feel I Need to carry a weapon in the car and I already have one in my bedroom just in case something like this scrote decides to do something....
But, on the flipside, I can assure you there are officers out there who would not treat this guy with kid gloves, and many for whom he would have "accidentally" bounced off the floor in some way whilst resisting arrest or getting him into the cell....

It appears he has mental health issues and he has been "sectioned" not sure what that means.
After I left the scene to get back to my kids Id left alone, the wife wile being breathalised routinely in the police car was given a bit more info. apparently the police officer thinks he was trying to kill himself.

that will get you sectioned for sure
but why did he need the bat???

A Policeman will be along in a minute to tell you off for expecting something different when every single Policeman spends 24 hours a day doing the most horrific jobs imaginable.
I didn't mean by this to suggest that the Police don't have to deal with nasty stuff, but that most of them most certainly do not spend most of their time doing it.pesty said:

It means he has been sectioned under the mental health act and has been most likely taken to a secure unit of a hospital to be looked after there. In theory it means he will be kept locked in a secure hospital and looked after, given treatment/drugs etc... Sadly, in reality it means that as he is not gay or a minority group the funding will have been reduced for the Mental Health units and he will be released shortly to attack some other poor sod...
I beg to differ, the scroats who broke into my shop, bragged to us about, where reported to the police, who said they couldn't do anything and warned us not to, Who a week later SHOT a council worker in the face for daring to tow the car they stole the night before and waking them up, would also beg to differ. If the bib had bothered to GET OFF THERE ARSES this guy wouldn't have been shot. If they had bothered to raid the scroates house them maybe they would have found the gun before hand. Instead of just saying that they would have moved the stuff by now, they would have found a firearm, bonus, scroates now in big trouble.
Or how about this, I was caught speeding, the BIB came round my house 4 times, 4 F****g times, trying to serve the summons, which they couldn't even get the correct name on. When we where burgled 3 times did they bother to turn up? NO, heres your crime number, bad luck
And then they wonder why the general public thinks they are a waste of space.
If you want respect your in the wrong job.

I don't think the police are at fault, from experience, they do all they can within the law to bring people to justice. The fact is that the justice handed out is only really effective against those with something to lose. If I got sent down for a couple of months I'd lose my job, car, house etc. If Mr Scrote gets 2 months, when he gets out he goes back to living off the tax payer. The idea of punishment means nothing to him. You have 2 choices, make prison so hell-like that noone would want to spend an hour in it, or start thinking up some punishments that are taylored to the individual.

Can't comment on your cases smilerbaker as I don't know the circumstances - maybe there was not enough evidence for the police to take any action? I don't know ... please don't reply by saying "there was" as what the public sometimes think is evidence isn't enough
It's sad to know people like you have no respect for the police... I comfort myself by knowing that some people do and I have been personally thanked by a number of members of the public for my own work and have been personally commended by my Chief Constable twice now for my work.

Agreed. maybe there wasn't enough evidence, a confession in front of a shop full of people probably isn't enough, if the bib had bothered to finger print the place but then I guess prints arn't enough either. the fact that the BIB knew who they where the second we told them the names and address eg "Oh yes they are known to us" The fact that they knew they where almost untouchable.
Not having a go at you personally, but its about time the bib realised (and did somthing about it) that the more you let small time criminals get away with it, the bigger there crimes become, in our (extreme case) burglary > car theft > attempted murder. Why let it go so far before anything is done?????
I think most people have similar experiences with the police in the UK, for all the crimes that have been commited against me and my business the bib have never managed to catch anyone, as far as I know they have never even investigated them, in total crimes that cost me personally around 50k. What use is a crime number when the clear up rate means you cant get insurance? and the police charge bit on the business rates bill is just the icing on the cake.

And this shop full of people gave there details and agreed to provide statements and attend court. (you would be suprised how many people refuse to give statements)
Fingerprinting is done by SOCO who are civilians and they decide not us wether to fingerprint or not, bear in mind that unless the surface is clean and flat it is unlikely to get lifted. Perhaps they wore gloves??
Again, we do lock people up time and time again. But often the CPS may decide no further action or the courts give stupidly low penalties. Also you tend to find that they treat each case in isolation and dont oftern take into account previous offences in gravity for the sentancing.
With regards to all these crimes you have been a victim of. How many have been witnessed, how many had you had CCTV that actually shows faces rather than a blur in a dark room?
When crimes are reported they generally go through screening by CIVILIANS who decide if there are any lines of enquiry. If there are none then the job is filed and not investigated. If all you have is dodgey CCTV which doesnt show the offenders faces then again it will be filed.
Unless an offender is identified then its rather tricky to get an offender into custody. We do prisoner photo shots for witness's and i have never had a positive match even when adding an offender into the lineup.
Front line BiB dont always get the jobs sent to them for investigation, they are screened and to be honest rightly so because the strain on resources would be huge if we attended every single call that came in.
Again the front line boys and girls do this job for a reason, the courts and cps time and time again let us down with discontinuances and lame punishments allowing the scrote to walk free again and pay his fine at £2.00 a month. You feel narked at being a victim time and time again, we also get narked by nicking the same people time and time again.
I dont know what business you are in,if you are constantly getting grief maybe some improvements to CCTV systems or security are in order.

Hmmm if thats true how come when my subaru was broken into and damaged (attempted theft)to the tune of £1K when I asked the police woman if I should not touch anything before its finger printed she said and I quote" Oh we don't do that any more" I did post about this at the time.
PS before my car was damaged somebody called the police and they did not attend as they were busy. Too busy to walk the 100 meters I was parked away from the biggest police station in Telford! I always park strategically.
Now I mostly dont take my car if I have to leave it out where Im not able to hear the alarm. The only person I can rely on is me!
Nice eh. thats the legacy of having just about every car I have ever owned damaged/stolen or attempted to be stollen.
1 good experience with policemen and that was when I fell of my bike. I did post about it at the time.
If I was to post all the bad ones Id be writing all night and my blood pressure would go through the roof.

the last time we were done over they stole the cctv system as well.
As for the business, video games, yes high risk and very low returns, I sold the company after the last break in.
AS for SOCO they didn't attend to decide, there where flat clean sufaces available to print if they could have been arsed to attend.
The solition, well I left the UK for Switzerland, very little crime and much much happier!
