considering some high profile police car speed incidents lately, surely they ought to check their statements a bit more thoroughly first?

Grampian Police said: "Anyone who chooses to drive at such speeds does not deserve the privilege of holding a licence."
"It is beyond belief that anyone can consider it safe and acceptable to drive at 117mph on a public road."
