Oh poo, just bought one.

Cost me another £99 on top of that (the EVO mag offer).

Never mind - I'm very pleased with it (even though the laser add-on has not arrived yet) and would recommend anyone in two minds to get on board with the group buy Pigme has mentioned.

Evo magazine had a special deal in conjunction with Networx Automotive (www.networxautomotive.com) - £399 for the Road Angel, Laser Detector and Two Years database updates.

This is the one I went for. It was only when I took delivery I found out the Laser Add-On is only just getting released and will be delivered a few days from now (I hope).

It seems to be so new that even the blackspot website does not have details of it yet. There are now pics on the Networx site, though when I looked quickly just now I couldn't find a price to buy it separately. Probably just a matter of days though before it will become available from all the normal places.

I'll post something when I actually get my hands on mine.

The best price I could obtain at the Sports Car Show was £379 --- to be increased to £399 so a saving of £20 !

are offering a 20% discount to ABD members, if my maths are correct 20% of £399 = £79.80, ABD membership is £20.

Worth it just for the discount!

I've just been buzzing about the ABD website and cant find any links to offers, and checked out the GTIROC forums and cant see naythingthere either!!

Would like to get some 'defence' items today, please fill me in on where these 20% offers etc are at...
