Well that was quick, he's already sloped off after being made to sound like a total pillock by an old guy who said that the only time he ever sees a policeman nowadays apart from when they're hassling motorists is when a police car drives past his house at 50mph in a 30 limit once a week! "That's a different issue, I've got a busy day so I have to leave now" replied the irresponsible over-zealous idiot.

The Mullah was not on to talk about hardshoulder use but a gee whizz scheme to have a needle dispensing machine at the rear of one of his Police Stations so that the druggies can vist and exchange dirty old for clean new. Apparently the van that touted these around was subject to riot and mayhem by the locals when it stopped in their streets.

When it came to question time he declined to remain to answer and no wonder when tasked by the OAP on state of policing in N Wales.

It was about his needle vending machine in Colwyn Bay... und he was full of self praise as per usual.. even commenting that KSI down in Wales und lowest in country.

Really .. may be lower than S Wales.. but NOT lowest in country. Those honours lie oddly enough with the two "rebel" areas of North Yorks und Co Durham.

He ran off before listeners could reply .. but they all replied to the topic.. of the needle dispenser in the police station.

I somehow think drug users will not be using the machine as being in possession ist illegal.. und they are on camera.. und they do rob to feed habit. NHS responsible for dishing out the clean needles und perhaps the dispenser should be in useful places like Job Centres und Benefit Offices.. in a discreet area where the other intimate requisites are located. rolleyes und still only obtainable with NHS token.

This can't be true surely?I mean there are no speed cameras in those two counties are there?Aren't they the only things that stop us all from being killed on the road.I'm sure you're mistaken Wildy.

Probably is. Would be interesting to see the KSI *PER X MILES DRIVEN*. One wonders how Brunstromania notorious scamerati have affected tourism etc.

Sounds as irresponsible as 'Drifting a needle into someone' to misquote a certain Dicky Brownstain!

Country = Wales.

How naive that you would think he was referring to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island.

Ach.. I forgot ... he ist the Brainstormgauleiter. .. otherwise known as Fuehrer!

By the way .. "Gau" = "region" und "Leiter" = "leader". The "Gauleiter" were in charge of Nazi admin areas German speaking areas do not use this term any more as far as regional/Kantonal business ist concerned because of the obvious connotation.. Ist term of derision now

But if you look at the stats.. Co Durham and North Yorks stats show decline in KSO as constant by wider margin by comparison with scamerati areas. Even when they have a "bad" year of tragedy - ist still lower than national average.

But.. good honest management und a decently trained staff - deployed correctly do help.

Brainstorm also had the gall to claim his Force "solved crimes und had a good detection rate".

Really? Then why did the MAYOR OF ANGLESEY lead a revolt that time und cited the unsolved crime as reason why he encouraged the council tax payers of the area NOT to pay the plod surcharge?

Und why ist local press readers' letters pages full of similar criticism?

This person clearly does not listen to the public to whom he ist supposed to serve und protect. rolleyes
