Numpty in action

Driving from Henley to Marlow last night, Golf in front of me, Rover 400 in front of him. Rover has rear foggies on (it's clear and dry BTW). Mr Golf spends about 5 miles flashing the Rover in an attempt to help him realise he's got his foggies on (at a safe distance, not to close to the Rover). No response whatsoever other than slowing down to 30ish. Eventually Rover pulls into a bus stop and we pass. He still hadn't turned his foggies off and appeared to be shaking his fist at the Golf as he passed.

"Mavis, I think I will report that Golf to the Police for trying to run me off the road"

Of course, since he was doing 30-40mph in a 60 limit he was safe
