dont know the driver

I have got a Nip for running a red light. The car is shared between myself and 2 others. Both of the others could have been, neither have any recollection, the place is one we all go by a lot

Whats the best approach? Can I get the pics and work it out from there?

What if we genuinely cant work it out?

Tell the truth; you don't know.

Explain why you don't know, enclosing a list of potential drivers, perhaps even photos of them.

Ask if they can help you make an identification by supplying a photo.

Seems the obvious answer to me. If the only photo is of the rear of the car you still wont know who was driving, but in no way should you personally accept responsibility as it could have been one of the other two. You will need to prove that you've made all reasonable efforts to establish who was driving though, so be thorough there or you could get done for failing to name the driver.
