Tolerances of 3-pointers

Hi

My brother thinks he may have just gotten himself busted by a mobile camera van (Marlow Hill, High Wycombe if anyone knows the site) doing about 45-47 in a 30. Anyone know if he's likely to get off with 3 points and £60, or could it be worse?

I think it has to be 50 in a 30 limit before it becomes a court case. So your brother should only get £60 3 points fine.
